3 Powerful Coaching Actions to Inspire Your Leaders, Team, and People

People
If you want to control your money and optimize your time … to do what you are committed to … then how do you inspire your leaders, team and people to get it done?

Meaning you need to have the people that work for your cause to get the job done.

When your leaders, team and people get it done … then you can control your money and you optimize your time.

#1. Understand their situation: Listen.

When your leaders, team, and people feel and think you understand their situation they
work hard, long, and die on battlefield of business or ministry world.

Listening means quiet your voice, pay attention, and you are fully present on them.

#2. Provide Choices: You can give your leaders, team, and people choices.

Even better is when you ask open-ended questions. Let your leaders, team, and people offer 1 or 2 ideas on how they can proceed next. 3 ideas are better because you need to surround yourself with overachievers.

If they give you 3 bad or ugly ideas then what do you do? You play off their ideas to offer additional ideas.

Find something you agree with. Then add to the choices they gave you.

1st You’ll find your team is smart, insightful, and you teach them to take action without you doing all the thinking. Let your ego go.

#3. Inject HOPE:

Let your leaders, team and people know that they can do it. Why?

Because if you do #1, #2, and #3 your people can kill any goal you set with them.

Empower your team to get it done today. Do it when you’re working today in your
small business, in a professional setting, ministry, or just need to think like a business owner today.

BONUS:

You can do this at your home. Watch what happens.

Give them a high five, a fist bump, and let them know that they can get it done!

What’s next for you if you need to work on the above?
